Resell AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information when you use our service at resellai.cc.
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed (never plain-text) version of your password.
Photos you upload: Images you submit for analysis are stored on our servers to display your item results and inventory history. We do not share your photos with any third parties except the AI service used to analyze them.
AI analysis results: The title, description, price estimates, and item details generated from your photos are stored and associated with your account.
Connected platform tokens: If you connect your eBay account, we store OAuth access tokens encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We never store your eBay password.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiry, or CVV on our servers. We only store your Stripe customer ID to associate future purchases with your account.
Usage data: We log events such as logins, scans performed, and listings published to monitor service health. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted token storage, HTTPS-only connections, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data and item inventory for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
Resell AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
